Possess skills necessary to be actively engaged in a collaborative design culture and oversite of a variety of projects at varying scales.

Skills & Expectations:
At a minimum.....

  • Willingness to view the big picture and participate in the visioning process.

  • Ability to communicate effectively through written, graphic (both hand drawn and digital) and verbal communications.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

Applicants should be familiar with and expected to participate in:

  • Advanced Computer Graphics

  • Construction Administration

  • Construction Detailing

  • Construction Document Proc

  • Design / City Guidelines & Ordinances

  • Environmental Restoration

 

Position:

Part- Time / Flexible Hours

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of general office or related experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support such as format Word documents, electronic filing, archiving, correspondence, scanning, transcriptions, preparing and distributing documents.

  • Bookkeeping

  • Preparation of marketing materials.

  • Provide back up support to the Print Room and other core business operations as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint) and Outlook an Quickbooks.

  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suites program a plus.

  • Working knowledge of computers including the ability to learn and apply use of new software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Works well independently or as part of a team.
